Our parks face the prospect of serious decline as the demands for city services compete for ever more scarce tax dollars.

The Madison Parks Foundation was founded in 2002 with the mission of supporting ad hoc groups of neighbors to raise funds to make improvements in neighborhood parks and public spaces.   

We are a 501(c)(3) organization that provides tax deductible status to these individual efforts by receiving, administering and distributing monies, gifts, legacies and conveyances of real and personal property. The Foundation is independent of the city Parks Division and no monies raised are used for those services that taxes support.
